can a private limited company account a Gst invoice (b2c)?
the company is not claiming ITC for the invoice.
Is it essential to have gst number on the invoice for a company for accounting the purchase/service without ITC?

It's essential to have Your GST number on invoice , if you want to claim ITC of same.
If you don't want to claim ITC, than there is no need to have GST number on Invoice.
Pvt Ltd company can show GST invoice as B2C invoice, if Company don't want to claim ITC of same.
