My B2B Seller is refusing to give me GST Invoice saying it cannot be issued to an LLP. Is this correct? If so, kindly lead me to relevant clause.

Not like that if llp is not registered under GST Regime hence they may refuse to do so
If seller registered under GST and,if he is suppling Taxable goods or services he must issue Tax invoice as per section 31 of the CGST act .
