Ay14-15 tax audit report filing date extended; itr filing?

For AY14-15, the Last Date for Filing 3CD report has been extended to 30.11.14.

and this date needs to be mentioned in the ITR.

So can I presume that the Last Date of ITR filing also has been extended?

Kindly clarify.

No it is not., on the same issue case is infront of delhi tribunal and cbdt., wait for the clarification., both has to be filed by September 30th... Whether without date of audit report can ITRV be files or not is the issue pending...wait for the final confirmation

We have to wait for the clarification from cbdt regarding extension of due date for filing Itr.
