AVOID POINTS SYSTEM IN APP

@ Admin,

Forum has in built RULES.

Few senior members are not following for the reasons best known to them.

I do not like to mention those repeated posts which are used to boost mark scores.

The Forum Admin please implement de-marking those posts from points.

Few senior members are using personal posts such as hi, how r u, hello, and personal matters instead of inbox messaging.

Only few days back fortunately I happened to read those rules.

Admin sir, close monitoring and moderating of posts may be the probable solution.

One more alternative is to delegate the task to Senior most Member to frame guidelines to be voluntarily followed by all including self.

Such as - "You are most welcome" - posting to member..,.. whether good or un-necessary....

Repeating replies without value addition ,

mandatory disclosing of Qualifications in Profile (for those who reply)

Cross liking by few ones

""you like my post and me like yours"" type of setting

The above are few grey areas .

- Please see all the replies by members and their activities in Our Portal

and Who is appreciate  other members replies and Who is not consider other members replies...

- Also check out qualification and activities as per qualification. If not active as their qualification then advice to the committee/Board for disqualify their qualifications...

- Also some members think if any one continue active in CCI then He is don't have any other works and he is also free in home. Also delete the activity who is personally talk their family and hoe...

Please note in One of the Forum some one replied irrespective replies and also attacking with Home and Family  for non maintaining HIS PROFESSIONALISM ALSO HE IS QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL (??!!!)...

After that I'm not attending any queries before his attend after some days some wrong replies then I attend after that...

- First reply is blank after 2nd reply clarity received from Querist by any other members...

- Individually attack to members...

- Etc etc etc...

Posts are self explanatory. Above post is of malafide intentions. May be due to frustration or inferiority complex.

Please call for explanations on above maligning post and take appropriate actions.
