Currently it has increased to 24-25 years.

It depends how  icai evaluate marks.General average age is 28-30.I strongly believe those have elapsed more than 10 years in ca course should exit and seek suitable job oppurtunities.However,exception is always there.There are many champions which complete at age of 40,50,60.......But ,incremental cost and incremental benefit should always be considered.
