Availability of munish bhandari book for november 2014 exam

Thanks a lot sir. Although i have done d 63 sections of companies act 13 as applicable for nov 14 from bare act. But still eagerly awaiting for d book so as to consolidate all d material at one place

sir, but what about TEXTBOOK. I need the textbook ca final for nov 14

Textbook on Corporate and Allied Laws (For CA Final) - (Applicable for November 2014 Examination) will also be available in the Second week of July 2014. Price would be around Rs. 725/-..

Hi.. Is the same book applicable for May 2015 exams or do I need to buy the updated edition? I already have this editon.

Nope the same book isnt applicable for May 2015. 168(184-16) new sections of the Companies Act,2013(notified during Feb. and March. 2014)which werent relevant for Nov 2014 attempt have been made applicable for May 2015 IPCC and Final taken together. These sections arent covered in ur book for Nov 2014. So unfortunately u will have to buy the new book.

I have Latest edition of Law book which is applicable for May15 exams, Do I need to wait and buy the updated edition or should I study from this book for Nov15 exams

For Nov 2015 exams. u need to study all sections notified upto 31st March, 2015. The book with u( for May 2015 attempt) must be covering sections notified upto 30th September,2014. And as per my knowledge, no new sections have been notified during the period 1st Oct.,2014 to 31st March, 2015. So that means u can study from the current book(applicable for May 2015) and no need to buy a new one. For any rules,circulars,etc.(relevant for exams) issued during Oct.,14-Mar.,15, u can refer rtp relevant for nov attempt.
