Availability of ITR 5

For Partnership Firm, having business Income have to file ITR 5. FOR AY - 2020-21 it is still not available. Any idea when it will be available?

Quick Summary
Partnership firms with business income are required to file ITR 5. While the return was initially unavailable for AY 2020-21, the Desktop Utility (ITR 5-7) Ver DU-v1.0.2 was released on 25.08.2021. A new JSON version of ITR 5, also labelled DU-v1.0.2, has since been made available for download.

ITD has already released Desktop Utility (ITR 5-7) Ver DU-v-1.0.2, on 25.08.2021.

Download the utility from 'Download" section, & extract the files...

Good news ... New Jason version of ITR 5 released today. Version DU-.v.1.0.2. under Download 'ITR 5'
