Hello Friends, Any one please tell me under which section in Companies Act, 2013 mentioned that on CTC Resolution any Director of Company can sign. Thank you

Refer Section 21 of Companies Act 2013.

Agree with Mr. Mandar's view. Board can authorise any officer or it can signed by any KMP duly authorised by the board in this behalf.
