Authorised signatory

A company has three directors A,B and C.Only A has a DSC but he may not always be available for signing CTC of resolutions or Notice of Meetings.

So in resolutions which authorise directors to do all such acts, things and deeds to give effect to the resolution, can we authorize all three directors A, Band C as the authorised signatories in the resolution jointly/severally and the resolution will be signed by B and C because they will be available for signing?
