currently there is no minimum authorised capital required as it is removed by notification which came in June 2015....it has been replaced by " As may be prescribed"...which further means which can be stated in future.
bro it effectively means that there is no minimum capital required to start a company...After that notification minimum capital requirements were omitted.
But the minimum authorised capital requirements is not prescribed anywhere in companies act,2013.....Is it given in any sec?.Please forgive me if i am wrong.
