what will be the filing fee for increasing the authorised capital of Sec 25 companies .Kindly guide me in this regard.

Dear Professional Collegaues,
Plz tell me the whether i m correct in calculating the total expense including ROC Fees and Stamp duty payable for Filing Form 5 for increase in authorised capital of public ltd. co. by Rs.5Cr.
ROC Fees :2,50,000 (Rs. 500 for every10,000)
Stamp Duty :75,000 (0.15% of5 Cr.)
Total :3,25,000 (excluding Form filing fees of Form 5)

sir is this applicable for sec 25 companies also because it is a non profit orgnisation.
