I file the gstr1 system shown in error : GSTR 1 SAVE /ACTION ON COUNTER PARTY INVOICES/ SUBMIT ARE NOT ALLOWED , any one solve my doubts

GSTR1 for August is not activated yet. You make entries and save. For Dates of submission and filing await notification
GST Homepage says: GSTR 1 for Aug and Sept are open to file. But Actually, we are unable to file because of error message.
This is creating misunderstanding among clients and professionals.
Yes, home page is not updated. I think the site is not stabilised yet.
Yes, but almost 5 months have been elapsed, still they are showing lathergy and dillema & creating confusions.

Ya all these rescheduling, postponing, frequent changes have left us in a sea of confusions including those who are making them. Surely it is not done to help tax payers. GSTN /CBEC are equally confused.
