Can a firm having a partner who's relative is a director of a Company be appointed as the auditor under a different partner??? Or firm shall disqualify under section 141(3)(f)

Proviso to the first sub-section says:

"...that a firm whereof majority of partners practising in India are qualified for appointment..."

It means that every partner practicing in India must be individually qualified for their firm qualification.

In your question, one partner is disqualified in individual capacity, hence their firm is not qualified too.

when any of partner's relative is director of the company then such firm is disqualified to be appointment as auditor of that company.
Thank you for the clarification
