Auditors appointment

Hi All,

Can anyone pls tell me the 1) process for appointment of Auditors in a pvt company as our Statutory Auditor has left in mid of year.What all we have to for appointment of new auditor i.e. start with intimation.....................

2) What all documents we have to prepare for conducting AGM in case of Pvt Company
