Need a solution for the below
A Pvt ltd company appointed Mr.X as auditors of the company for 2013-14 and passed necessary reslotions in the AGM but failed to give the appointment letter immediately and they gave the same only after a year (April 2014).
The Company is not willing to go for the removal procedure and so requested the auditors to give resignation letter but the auditors are saying that they will not give the same as they din't give any acceptance of appointing them as auditor but are ready to give a NOC.
Please guide me on this issue.
