Under direct expenses you will find auditors remuneration as a separate line item.. It must be bifurcated into - - - Remuneration as an auditor + for company law matters + for Income tax matters + other fees

See, bifurcation between direct n indirect exp I hv seen in tally only.. In P&L account or even in revised schedule VI, you will not find this segregation.. Pls download excel template of it, you will find separate heading under P&L for audit fees
