Auditor for conso accounts- please help
A holding company has statutory auditor and from the current year appoints another auditor to audit the consolidated accounts. So when the new auditor is appointed to audit consolidated accounts whether it is required to file Form ADT1? and can the company appoint auditor for conso accounts for only one AY ?

company cannot appoint new auditor for consolidated balance sheet.
But if comapny wants to get extra comfort over consolidated balance sheet, then they can hire professional services from other Qualified Chartered accountant,
and new appointed CA can give his report to management, but he cannot be appointed as auditor for only consolidated balance sheet,
