Approx Audit fees for auditing a private limited company shall be 20,000/- but i may vary depending upon the turnover of the enterprise and scale However generally statutory audit fees for the pvt. Ltd. company will be 20,000/-
Audit fee is determined on the basis of share capital and turnover and transactions.
Audit fees Can be 2 lakhs also. Depends on various complexities and scale of business
