Kindly tell me What is the approximate fee for a audit in a private company ?
Not a tax audit but a normal audit .

Approx Audit fees are 10,000/- and if you are in Mumbai it can be 20,000/-

Approx Audit fees for auditing a private limited company shall be 20,000/- but i may vary depending upon the turnover of the enterprise and scale However generally statutory audit fees for the pvt. Ltd. company will be 20,000/-

Audit fee is determined on the basis of share capital and turnover and transactions.
