i uploaded aoc 4 xbrl but by mistake i wrote details of another auditor in xbrl utility. so plz help me what can do for this mistake

Once it is uploaded, you can not change it. You should contact relevant ROC, he has the power to put the form under resubmission mode.

Since ADT-1 is specific form of the Auditor, therefore the same will be considered. However, it is required to give true and fair view of financials in XBRL, which technically filed in AOC-4 XBRL by you, is wrong, then query may be raised from ROC over wrong information.
