ABC pvt ltd has appointed an auditor for f.y 2012-13. return is filed. AGM is held on 30/09/2013 now there was time appoint auditor and file 23b to roc but as new company act 2013 whether i have to filed the form to roc pls tell me what the new companys act says..
Unlike 1956 Act the auditor had to give the intimation regarding his apppointment. But in 2013 Act, it is the duty of the Company to file necessary intimation. However the provision relating to the appointment of auditors have not been notified yet.
You need not do anyting as you have complied with the provisions for the time being in force.
