Hi
In case of 1st year company is their any compulsory to appoint auditor and file to roc regarding appointment

I saw few companies that didn't file adt1 with roc but auditor had appointed to company

From 2nd year on wards they are filing for 5 years with roc.

For appointment of first auditor the board of directors can appoint Auditor within 30 days of incorporation of the company and the appointment should be filed with ROC
