Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the mandatory requirement for newly incorporated companies to appoint their first auditor within 30 days of incorporation. The appointment details must be filed with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) using Form ADT-1. While some companies may overlook filing for the first year, it's essential to adhere to the regulations to avoid potential complications.

For appointment of first auditor the board of directors can appoint Auditor within 30 days of incorporation of the company and the appointment should be filed with ROC
If for 1st year don't file and from 2nd year onwards can I file without filing 1st ADT 1 with late fee

Can I get any problem
