hey sweety, first of all do not panic, just relax, after all it is an exam.

here is my suggestion.

With due respect to all authors, there is no alternative to study material. I advise u to refer study mat for professional ethics, company audit, chapter 4,6, 8,13-17. Do not spend much time on chapter 7,16,19. Try to remember important SAs and the provisions in it. Take DS RAwat for SAs. I heard that Kamal Garg's book is OK. What u said is correct, reading in Q & A format would be difficult if u haven studied from study mat before. Considering the time factor, try to read imp chapters from study mat as mentioned above and others from ref book. Try to solve every question from compiler after studying from study mat. Note that professional ethics chapter in compiler should be the amended one as per CA (amdt) Act, 2006.

just read study mat, be thorough with internal control, company audit, special audits and only a few important SAs. Refer DS Rawat for SAs it is good. Do not forget the ASs, few questions will be based on acnt stds also.
