Quick Summary
If your audited financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet) differ from your Tally data for the same financial year, it's crucial to address this with your auditors. As audited financials are finalised, any necessary corrections must be made by the auditors themselves. Once the audited figures are corrected, you can then use the accurate balance sheet to post the opening balances for the new financial year in Tally.

Dear Sayed Nabi

Ones the financial statements were Audited, then you Can not make in changes in that , you bring that query to the notice of Auditors , also in writing and keep copy for record. Let the Auditor decide necessary corrections, after correction you Can post opening balances from corrected Balance sheet in the current year F.Y .
Pls upload the copy

Take audited copy and verify the difference

It's implied nothing new. Any financial analysis is based on audited data's.
@ Sayed Nabil,

As per Your query and my understandings ...

Better to check the report and tally data again like Dr and Cr balances...
Bcoz, No way for missing in Audited balance sheet and Finalized tally data...
Please connect with me. Will get this matching done.
