Dear Sir, What is ITR filling due date for individual and partnership firm in old tax regime (audited) for AY--24-25. Kindly inform.

30th September for Audit and 31st October for ITR
Due date is same for old or new scheme

Yes I agreed the above said reply...

Due date is same for Old or New Scheme as per above reply.

Also the due date is standard as per IT. But, the date can be extend (it's not confirmed)
