Is preparing of Form 1 and 28 mandatory for an auditor in case of a co-operative housing socieites?

Rights, Duties and Reporting of Auditor
- Sec. 81(5B) & Rule 69(3) – Besides audit report, Auditor to submit Audit Memorandum in the prescribed format. Form 1 is a general format for all types of audit.
FORM NO. 28 is Audit Memo Co-operative Housing Societies which is required for auditor to state the borrowings taken by cooperative societies.
