While conducting a Tax Audit of any firm ... Should we conduct TDS audit...if there is no TDS deducted
in Form 26AS of the firm.

TDS verification is part of tax audit. so if tds us applicable, then you need to check if firm's tds us deducted properly by the paying parties, and where firm us liable to deduct tax, then whether it is properly deducted on time and paid to govt. thus needs to be disclosed in tax audit report
