But after purchase of fabric company send it in delhi for Dye and some job work like embroidery, designing etc whether vat is applicable or not?

Manish be clear theat on each and every sale of goods (Wheter finished or unfinished) VAT is applicable.
Sale for a concern represents finished goods for the selling company and the for the receipient its raw material.
Therefore VAT is applicable for all part of sale.

common can anybody tell me if i buy plain fabric and do some dye and job work and sale it. Am i need to charge vat or not under DVAT? Without stitching .............
