Can an auditor who is the partner of a chartered firm, can take up an audit in his personak capacity?

but in his ceiling limit u/s 214(b) will include both the audits in personal capacity as well as in the firm's partner capacity..

Two more questions: 1. Are Govt. audits counted for the purpose of Ceiling on no. of audits? 2. All the Company auditor appointment procedure which we are learning in our PCC is of Statutory Auditor na??
