Can CA in pratcice do tax audit of his own uncle' firm or company?

As per the definition of relative, uncle is not relative. So a CA can do audit of uncle's firm or company. However if there are chances that the independence of CA while performing such asignment can be compromised, it is advisable not to accept such assignment. Again it is upto the particular individual whether to accept assignment or not.
