Now-a-days software companies are very good profit making companies and they also have huge staff. So first of all we need to analyse their internal control system by vising personally whole staff so that we can decide whether we have to check everything out deeply or not? If we have to then we should first ask for various companies list with whom they are dealing. Basically software companies are very much famous in case of service tax. So U have to first read all the service tax cases related to these type of companies.
