If u can go for book by CA Pankaj GargI cant say that it is best but i think it is better than Surbhi Bansal's

Surbhi bansal + PM would be enough looking to your attempt ; you have to study other subjects as well and time is not much to go for any lengthy book. First read answer from PM and then whatever not covered in PM prepare it from Surbhi bansal

Study material is the best. In addition you can refer to online webcast bos online portal. I have secured more than 60% in each subject in ipcc with regular work by using this methodology. There are books in the market but you will find all questions from the study mat and practice manual.
