Audit & Law PE2 M08

Even I have the same problem. In my 1st attempt I wrote all possible sections & case laws in both the subjects. And I lost in both subjects. coz of remembering sections I couldnot attempt whole paper. But in 2nd attempt I don't bother to write them.If they come to my mind & i am very sure then only wrote them.And I cleared. Finally I couldnot make out what is the impact of writing them. I am not saying that don't waste time in remembering them. I am trying to convince u to learn them as much as possible but don't get depressed. Work Hard on them. During that 3 hrs, make ur mind free of all such kinds of bothering. Give ur 100%. Best of Luck

ITS NOT NECCESSARY THAT U MEMORISE ALL THE CASELAWS. U JUST HAVE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY IN THAT PARTICULAR CASELAW. THERE ARE FEW IMP ONE'S WHOSE NAMES U HAVE 2 REMEMBER

Must do refer the questions from the sharing files of the cases of law and audit. It s really well
