If service provider register person we eligble for ITC.

Yes... ITC available for the Audit Fees...

But, If You supplies is exempted then no way for ITC

Yes , Audit fee is taxable under GST , can take itc , if have Tax Invoice from supplier

Yes, you can take full ITC for Audit fee.

Audit Fees 100000 plus GST 18000 total 118000, you can take 18000 ITC if you provide fully taxable supply,, means your sale of goods or sale of service should be fully taxable, If your business is trading in food grains like sale of wheat and sale of soyabean than you can only take ITC in proportion to sale of soyabean/ total sale.
