i would like to know how much statutory audit fee will be charged for 100 crore turnover of a pvt Ltd., company, is there any ceiling limit on the audit fee payable pl. give ur most suitable information.

I believe there is no such upper limit for this.
There is no as such limit....but if u have brand value then u can charge 2.5-3.5 lakh for stat audit.
