If i am not wrong it is-Approval for repetitive transactions...
that is in approval advance for all the repetetive transactions
omnibus approval 8s an approval taken at the start of finacial year for the whole finacial year appriving transaction to be entered with related party. Refer rule 6a of chapter 12.
for omnibus approval first audit committee should confirm the repeatative transaction. ?
