Can anyone suggest which is best book of Audit for self study that covers whole ICAI material for CA final ?

If you are looking for a book that covers whole ICAI material, it is Padhuka. It takes a long time to finish studying it though. Personally I would suggest you to go for Pankaj Garg.

SURBHI BANSAL for conceptual understanding and PRACTICE MANUAL for effective language and writing.
Do not leave out practice manual at any cost
Make sure you study the Practice Manual completely. That is more than suffecient to get a grip on Auditing,
