we are mentioning CODE Other services n.e.c. 21008 (service sector and showing 85 lac receipt). in ITR FORM 6 for pvt ltd and we are service provider only and such case audit is not applicable?

Turnover is less than one crore as per sec. 44AB, which mandates tax audit in case of higher turnover.
