Given the facts of your case, i would suggest you not to take risk of getting your articleship period extended by 2 months. Do this only if you have enough time with you so your attempt does not shifts..

I have a suggestion to overcome this problem.. U should continue serving your existing employer till the time termination is confirmed. So if your termination is not accepted, you will not loose any single day. At the same time, if possible, do some arrangement with your new employer that in case your termination is accepted, the new employer sign on Form 103 on date just after the date of termination. It means in back date. I know its a bit difficult task, but I think one of the better solutions to overcome the problem. I hope the CAs' will understand the problem and will allow this..

what all are these idiots in the institute doing.if their sons or daughters have the same situation, will they do like this

hi vikram, after all their sons and daughters born with a golden spoon in their mouth and even they are engaged in the articleship they will get the sufficient amount of leave with  the help of their parents contact's. The only sad thing in this respect is students are not evaluted on same flatform , some get undue advantages which should be stopped

There is nothing called one transfer is allowed...

These are just rumours

first of all; when you apply for permission for transfer; you will anger your CA.and by chance; you don't get permission ;he will surely make ur life hell.even will he allow you to continue further when you pester him to sign the permission application and form 109.

(in normal students case; except those relatives or children of clients/CA)

  As i m PCC student i have apperaed for 1st grp n before 2nd group i want to quite dis articleship as he is not giving any kind of tranning just idle whole day will it be a possible ground for me to ask for Transfer
