Given the facts of your case, i would suggest you not to take risk of getting your articleship period extended by 2 months. Do this only if you have enough time with you so your attempt does not shifts..
I have a suggestion to overcome this problem.. U should continue serving your existing employer till the time termination is confirmed. So if your termination is not accepted, you will not loose any single day. At the same time, if possible, do some arrangement with your new employer that in case your termination is accepted, the new employer sign on Form 103 on date just after the date of termination. It means in back date. I know its a bit difficult task, but I think one of the better solutions to overcome the problem. I hope the CAs' will understand the problem and will allow this..
