Attesting the forms for cpt

Documents to be Attached with CPT Form

- Demand Draft taken towards registration fee.
-Attested Copy of 10th class passing marks certificate signed by Chartered Accountant or Gazetted OfficerAttested copy of Date of Birth certificate IF not available in 10th Marks certificate.
-For foreign students attested copy of nationalityProof of special category certificate i.e. SC/ST, OBC and Disabled

Can I attested cpt Declaration form (used in online exam form) by Notary ?

And why need to attestation after stopped attestation by the goverment ?

 

I would recommend u get it done by a practising CA. Attestration is done so that someone (CA in this case) can verify that you have not passed CPT previously and also you have registered for cpt before the due date.
