Dear all,
Can anyone clarify to me whether a CA not holding the CoP can attest the academic certificates to be submitted to the institute for various purposes?
Also please refer where it is mentioned.

CA without COP cant sign Academic certificate for Attestation ... It must require seal with membership no.
But sometimes if u hav to make attestation for Govt. Exams they cannot accept .. they force to make attestation from Notery or class 1 officer...
