Attestation of mark sheet at the time of ca final regn

Hello Friends,

I have a doubt. Plz clarify me as soon as possible.

While registration of CA Final, we have to submit our IPCC Mark-Sheet which should by attested by a CA.

Now, my question is, Is this attestation compulsorily made by our Prinicpal under whom we are registered as an Article Assistant or any CA can attest our documents?

Plz reply me as soon as possible. It's very urgent.
