Dear Friends,
I want to know whether Chartered Accountant who are doing Job can attest my Certificate of Service because I already completed my articleship.
Because I heared from some of my friends that only CA in practice can attest the either exam form or certificate of service.

As per above link it is clear that anyICAI member can sign on the Exam form In case of the Students who completed internship. No issues (In pratice /not) is irrelevan.
