Dear all,

I am presently on audit in a small sized company,whose turnover is around say 39crores...Here we are actually on to developing an [b]Accounting Manual [/b]for them..Presently,Area of concern is Payroll system of the company inclusive of both office as well as  factory.I seek suggestion from all the members to develop an effective manual for the company for i wish to be a part of the growth of the ompany..I am desperately in need of valuable advice,in terms of how should i go about it,what areas do i stress on,Tips on writing an effectie write up, how descriptive should be the flowchart..etc...Do let me know if further details need to be provided...kindly revert as soon as possible...
