Hi Tax Pandit THanks for the reply,
my doubt is sec 139(9) specifically requires to attach documents with ROI. If not that should be defective. So how the contraversy be solved? How should we deal that?

OK now i got your query,
to my mind you should file it physically with the AO or concerned ward.
