Per day Transaction limit is Rs.20000 thru ATM withdrawal..
is this 20,000 per day limit or bank wise limit ?
can i withdraw Rs.20,000 more thru another ATM Bank ?

The limit is bank based and depends on the kind of relationship you have with bank
some banks allow upto Rs. 1,00,000/- for preferred customers
and the limit i believe is Rs. 25,000/-
it is bank wise limit, and differs from bank to bank and also depend on type of account u have with bank
