as announced by the ICAI in the year 2008, the PCC passed students who don't want to give final exam now, will be issued the "ATC certificate" by the he institute after application of the concerned PCC student for getiing it? if not, then articleship, studies, classes all will be in vain. afterall we have put our 3.5 years for PCC & articleship. thoda to credit milana chahiye. on the basis of this certificate can anyone get the job? can it (PCC) considered as qualification like BA, B.Com?
