In previous term (Nov, 2008) when I appeared  for PCC and of course cleared, the result time was 2.00pm  and and it was published on 11.57 am , so I will say It will come out between 11.50 a m  to 12.00 noon

Always it comes early. I too go with saying between 11 - 12.
