If your turnover exceeds 10 lac per annum , then service tax should be charged
Yes it is not in the negative list. Hence taxable subject to statutory exemption limit. However input service tax can claimed if the service recipient is also providing same service. For others it is part of cost and input claim is prohibited.
No it is covered in mega exemption just like pujari service
