Association

Hi,

I wanted to form Association in India and had following query:

1. There is already an association (eg. Association of Mutual Funds in India, AMFI), can I form my association for mutual funds in India with a different name.
2. If no to the above question, my association will have different objective, in AMFI, membership is available to companies registered with SEBI, in my association all Mutual Funds companies can avail membership, then can I form my association of mutual funds in India.
