I need your expert comment on following issue:
What does Associate Companies mean as per RBI?
I am filing a quarterly return for a NBFC-not accepting public deposits and having capital 50 cr to 100 cr. band. In the one column, the details of Associate Companies is asked, I am unable to find out the exact definition for Associate Company for RBI requirment.
I hope, you will help me out on this issue.
